Google Bad Review 1:  Unprofessional. I have forgotten to leave the review. We used their service to buy a house. Ridiculously, they did not seem to work in details. I should have known better from the begining how they dealt with lots of documents unprofessionally. They did not seem very orgarnised. Their excuse of not finding the docs was “too many docs” and asked us to provide again. Also They rushed to process quickly as they had pressure from buyer's side although buy was using the same solicitor which didnot make sense they could not comply well together. Anyhow I fell rushed and didnt feel they had all checked correctly. After a few months, we found out they made a biggest mistake in our mortgages which we awere asked originally if we wanted to move our previous mortgagw to the new house. They did not do it and they blamed us we did not fill the correct form? What? They gave us that form without even asking or double checking. How on earth we should have know all those forms what they have??? Are we the solicitors? It was thier jobs to double check, no? UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY MADE US PAY AGAIN because it was our faults not known that form.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE REALLY BAD. YOU CANNOT EVEN COMPLAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL THE SAME TEAM. We made one to complaint department but apparently they told the the person about it and she asked us all about it. Oh no, she told us she knew we complained. They dont do anything. USELESS.
