Google Bad Review (2):  Co Op have always had a good reputation, so I contacted them to handle a probate case of mine. Unfortunately, they insisted that I handed over confidential documents like the Will BEFORE giving me a general quote of how much they would charge. I'd given them the details and it was quite simple – a quote for probate for 1 property, no assets, between 4 people. 3 other solicitors were able to give me a general quote from that information but Co Op were very unhelpful. I wasn't impressed with some of the language over the phone when one of them realised he'd written the wrong thing down by mistake and another solicitor I spoke to wasn't polite. Such a shame. I had it arranged with ‘Farewill' in the end, who made it so easy.
