Google Bad Review (2):  (Translated by Google) Negative experience. Unreliable school, safety for non-existent children, a manager who filled me with lies to cover up his collaborators' mistakes!
My 13-year-old son, on Sunday 2 July, came to the family where (as per the school's insurance) he should have been with another boy. No boy was in the family, I called the emergency number of the school and the person who answered told me that he was not aware of the other boy's absence but he assured me that the next morning he would change his family to my son so that he could have done the family school path in company and vice versa. I took my son and took him to the hotel with me.
The following morning I went to school and no one knew how to give me information on how and when they would change my son's family; after hours of waiting the manager (Mr Robbie) informed me that for that week my son should have been alone and that probably another boy would arrive the following week.
The fact that they did not know of the other boy's absence was dictated by the fact that the family assigned to my son was not part of the families they knew but had been chosen through an agency they had relied on. .. of the family knew nothing! Never visited! they asked me a first impression …!
In all this my son went to the science museum in the afternoon; I was waiting for him at school because the boys should have come back with the teacher there.
At one point I get a call from my son asking me for directions on the metro to take because the teacher left them at the museum! I state that the London Underground is not easy to take and they were on the other side of the city and had to change more lines.
I immediately go to the manager Mr Robbie to point out what my son reported and he assures me that my son was in a group and was returning with the teacher. At that point I ask to call the teacher and talk to my son. Mr Robbie immediately calls and informs me that the teacher was helping a boy make the ticket but that I could be quiet because he had made sure that Federico was with them. and that within 5 minutes he would have made me talk to my son! .After 15 minutes he tells me that my son was no longer with the group and that he was away while the teacher was helping the other boy.
After an hour my son arrives, all scared, telling me that there
Teacher had greeted them outside the museum, that the visit was not with the teacher, the latter had limited himself to take them to the museum giving him an appointment after an hour and a half to then greet them!
Immediately I pointed out what my son reported to the manager who admitted the mistake that had been made!
After hearing all those lies and realizing that my 13-year-old son would not be safe, I booked a return flight the next day and asked for a refund of the course!
I spoke with other people who have been organizing courses for children at LSI for twenty years, the latter told me that this was the first year in which they had encountered so many problems and that this was due to a change of personnel and managers!

Esperienza negativa. Scuola inaffidabile, sicurezza per i ragazzi inesistente, manager che per coprire gli errori dei suoi collaboratori mi ha riempito di bugie !
Mio figlio di 13 anni, domenica 2 luglio è arrivato in famiglia dove (come da assicurazione della scuola ) sarebbe dovuto stare con un altro ragazzo . Nessun ragazzo era in famiglia , ho chiamato il numero d emergenza della scuola e la persona che mi ha risposto mi ha comunicato di non essere a conoscenza dell'assenza dell altro ragazzo ma mi assicurava che al mattino seguente avrebbe provveduto a cambiare famiglia a mio figlio in modo tale che avrebbe potuto fare in compagnia il percorso famiglia scuola e viceversa . Ho preso mio figlio e l ho portato in hotel con me .
La mattina seguente mi sono recata a scuola e nessuno mi sapeva dare informazioni su come e quando avrebbero cambiato famiglia a mio figlio; dopo ore di attesa il manager (Mr Robbie) mi ha comunicato che per quella settimana mio figlio sarebbe dovuto restare solo e che probabilmente la settimana successiva sarebbe arrivato un altro ragazzo .
Il fatto che non sapessero dell assenza dell altro ragazzo era dettata dal fatto che, la famiglia assegnata a mio figlio non faceva parte delle famiglie da loro conosciute ma era stata scelta tramite un agenzia a cui si erano affidati . .. della famiglia non sapevano nulla! Mai visitata ! hanno chiesto a me una prima impressione …!
In tutto ciò mio figlio al pomeriggio si rec con la scuola al museo della scienza ; io ero ad aspettarlo a scuola in quanto i ragazzi sarebbero dovuti ritornare con l'insegnante li.
Ad un certo punto ricevo una chiamata da mio figlio che mi chiede indicazioni sulla metro da prendere in quanto l ‘ insegnante li aveva abbandonati al museo ! premetto la metro di Londra non è facile da prendere e loro si trovavano dall altra parte della città e dovevano cambiare più linee .
Mi reco immediatamente dal manager Mr Robbie per far presente quanto riferito da mio figlio e lui mi assicura che mio figlio era in gruppo e stava tornando con l insegnante . A quel punto chiedo di chiamare l insegnante e parlare con mio figlio .. Mr Robbie subito provvede a telefonare e mi comunica che l insegnante stava aiutando un ragazzo a fare il biglietto ma che potevo stare tranquilla in quanto si era accertato che federico era con loro e che entro 5 minuti mi avrebbe fatto parlare con mio figlio ! .Dopo 15 minuti mi comunica che mio figlio non era più con il gruppo e che si era allontanato mentre l insegnante stava aiutando l altro ragazzo.
Dopo un'ora arriva mio figlio tutto impaurito che mi racconta che l
Insegnante li aveva salutati fuori dal museo, che la visita non era con l insegnante, quest ultimo si era limitato a portarli al museo dandogli appuntamento dopo un ora e mezza per poi salutarli!
Immediatamente ho fatto presente quanto riferito da mio figlio al manager che ha ammesso dell errore che c era stato !
Dopo aver sentito tutte quelle bugie ed aver capito che mio figlio di soli 13 anni non sarebbe stato al sicuro ho prenotato un volo di ritorno per il giorno successivo chiedendo il rimborso del corso !
Ho parlato con altre persone che sono venti anni che organizzano corsi per ragazzi presso LSI , queste ultime mi hanno riferito che questo era il primo anno in cui avevano riscontrato tanti problemi e che ciò era dovuto ad un cambio di personale e di responsabili!
