Yes, please share the text and email that you mentioned as I do not have any record of it. Also, I was told that I will be informed on the phone of any progress on the property, which you mention happened the day before of my appointment. But again nothing. No record of calls or texts or emails as mentioned by you.

Original review:
My whole Saturday morning wasted because of very poor professionalism by the team. I confirmed my viewing slot over the phone only to be told on the day of the appointment that there is no appointment booked while I waited outside the property in the rain with my infant. If only someone had made the effort on their side. Very disappointed.
