Google Bad Review: BAD experience! Cullens failed to clean to the standard expected of an End of Tenancy Clean. Items such as crumbs and dirt still in cupboards, dirty toilets, sticky surfaces and dusty skirting. After 4 hrs cleaning and over £300 I expected a much better standard. I have now had to pay for another company to come back and do the job properly. Make sure to read ALL their terms and conditions. They offered to return and try and rectify the issues but the landlord did not want them back as the job was so poorly done in the first place. However they still wanted payment in full. A very angry and dissatisfied customer!
