Google Bad Review 1: Simply awful once kitchen was received and after payment had been made. Very poor customer service skills, very poor end design, very high prices and a “tough luck” attitude. Would not recommend and very unhappy to have used. Just not good enough.
Owner’s response is disingenuous and dishonest as issues reported were not related to the fitting/builders but due to oversights by Eclectic in the design process relating to size of filler panels, sink and spice racks.

Google Bad Review (2): Almost all of the reviews on here are for kitchens, which look great. Unfortunately we asked them to design and install fitted wardrobes/clothes storage. Basically we got big kitchen cupboards which are very impractical and a daily disappointment. Ultimately our fault really for asking them to do this, but possibly theirs too for taking on something that they’re not good at. Massively expensive mistake.
