Google Bad Review 1:  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO IF I COULD.

We have spent £15,000 on our kitchen, these cowboys call themselves experts in the kitchen industry, you will get a better service from Ikea or Wickes.

To start off with, our kitchen was delivered, items damaged which I understand can happen in transit. They’ve then said it will take two weeks to get a replacement, my external fitters are contracted to finish the kitchen within a week, meaning I now have to bring them in on a separate day at a cost of £300 to install the remaining items.

The wrong cooker was sent, a door missing, a unit which was meant to have pre-drilled holes to accommodate some appliances have incorrect holes. When have responded informing me that I need to make the holes in them to accommodate the appliances. I’ve had two kitchens fitted before at other properties by Wickes and have never had an issue from beginning to end. I don’t know why I went with Wren!

The incorrect cooker which was sent will now take over 10 days to be replaced, meaning I again have to go 10 days without being able to cook, and call my fitters out again on a separate day to install, once again at a cost of £300.

STAY AWAY.

THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND HAVE BEEN POSTED BY EMPLOYEES OF WREN KITCHEN IN ORDER TO BUILD UP SALES LEADS AND INCREASE THEIR COMMISSION.

Google Bad Review (2):  Please do not enter any of this company's shops. I visited two before buying 3 years ago a dream kitchen for my new home. It's turned into a nightmare kitchen. Now pushing for a full refund, as not fit purpose. Look at the photos

For started off with wrong measurements. Planner not looking for water, gas, electric intake – not his job. So money extra to get gas pipes moved. Happy to tell me his commission from my sale was taking his family to Florida.
Linda Barker Gloss range is rubbish it finish is sub-standard, not fit for purpose.
Don't worry if you have a problem, they don't care. Dismiss you with token £100 although you have spent thousands of your hard earned money
New doors sent last year ,still faulty. The worse company ever to deal with. Think they are above a consumer law and will try every trick in the book to avoid doing the right thing that is your consumer right
It's the whole company not just a store ot person. They have been on numerous TV shows, about ripping people off. There are thousands of unhappy customers. Do your homework check out Facebook and Twitter Disaster pages there you will find out the truth under the gloss
