Google Bad Review 1: Unregistered me with no warning as I hadn't been for a while and didn't let me know. Not knowkng this, l I requested an appointment for a broken tooth via the online request form and they didn't get back to me at all, so I phoned to enquire a few months later (would have phoned sooner but was distracted by having a baby and foolishly trusted that their system works) to be told that I'm no longer registered with them and they aren't taking NHS patients or those entitled to free dentistry. Poor service and communication, id they'd let me know they were un-registering me (or even better, not unregistered me!) then I could have registered with a new dentist, not spent months in pain only to find out I need to register with a new dentist anyway.

Google Bad Review (2): After calling the NHS 111 service this morning, they said that I have referred to my dentist in Kidlington (which I am already registered too)
If it states on your website that you are open from 08:30 then why when calling, the voicemail says that you are closed. I have been calling today from 08:30 to 09:30, to listen to the same voicemail that you are closed. I even got to the traffic lights just outside and still said that you are closed.
I then approached the reception about this complaint to which they replied that their system went down – typical. I then said that I have been referred by the NHS 111 service, to which the receptionist replied we don’t do that anymore.
This service is a absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Especially when I have been registered with this dental practice for years.
Either sort out the website timings or sort out the phone lines!!!!
