Google Bad Review 1:  Unfortunately we would not deal with Chris again, after reading some good reviews we found the service to be lacking and unprofessional. After leaving the item with Chris for plating we have had no contact from him. In four weeks we made two calls to him for updates and on both occasions he said the work has not been done and he's busy. The last call confirmed it will be done by the date of our agreed collection one week later. His words ‘it will be done by then'. Upon collection on the agreed date, we are informed its not been done and they have been busy.

Despite the reviews we read we would not use him or the company and would caution others as he doesn't seem to honour what he says based on our recent experience.

Google Bad Review (2):  After reading lots of positive good reviews I thought this is a company/person I can trust to make bespoke pieces in memory of my dad for my two brothers and myself.
I commissioned 3 rings containing his ashes to be replicated from a ring my father wore his whole life, which is a very simple signet ring with engraving to be copied as it was on my fathers ring. After placing the order Chris chose to ignore a few simple questions and chose to only answer what he liked, I thought ah maybe he’s a busy guy and would touch base closer to the time of making the rings, that didn’t happen all I got was an e mail where he could sent the rings to, I replied with the address and requested a photo before sending so that if there was to be an issue it could be quickly rectified as I’d waited +3 months from payment.
Chris again chose to ignore my request and just went ahead and shipped them out bearing in mind he obviously read my request as the e mail contained the postal address.

Anyways what I received was nothing like what I’d requested and could only be described as looking like a bubble gum machine rings with deep CNC engraving nothing like my request. They look horrific, I was absolutely gutted.
I then emailed Chris with my complaints which he didn’t seem to bothered about and said he thought that it would be better the way he did it, come on I wanted a replica not what he liked anyways if you want a piece to remember your loved one I recommend doing a deeper search.

Absolutely gutting seeing jewellery contains your loved one that’s so so poor.
