Google Bad Review 1:  We live local and were excited about seeing what had been done with the land. We thought we would go for a drink and bite to eat to check out the ambiance. The scenery and venue itself are lovely. Sat on the terrace and noone approached us until we mentioned we needed serving (10 minutes waiting? Told we would get some menus (10 minutes and another nudge) they arrived. Only the food menu came. We asked someone again that we needed drinks. He advised his colleage who came over and asked “what is the problem”! Kept our cool and explained we needed the drinks menu. He went away and came back with the spirit and cocktail menu, no wine menu! At this point our whole mood had gone down and we left. No drink, no food, absolutely appauling service. We went to our local the Red Lion, with a warm homely welcome and had the best evening. Would never go here again.

Google Bad Review (2):  This is the furthest thing away from a luxury hotel. The staff were very rude and the service was unbelievably poor. I would recommend to stay away from here.
