Google Bad Review:  Poor service. They broke my phone and phone still not working.

Response to the merchant: Job Number 3219. I left the phone, a silver Samsung S6 for water damage repair on June 2 and got it back on June 4. I mentioned that my phone had battery issues because the battery dies each time it reaches 30%. Nevertheless, the battery was not fixed, when I asked they told me that the battery has no issues and they fixed the water damage issue ( my phone would not charge before but then it was fixed).

I paid around 50 in cash and was not given any receipt. It was the evening the store was about to close so was in a rush. When I got home I realized the phone was broken on the bottom right, but nothing was mentioned to me. I tough that even if I took the phone back they would claim it is not them, plus I had no receipt.

Long story short the battery still does not work,it dies about an hour I have to charge the phone min 5 times a day. To get it changed I will have to pay again. The only reason why I came to this store was because of all good reviews. I am not here to destroy your reputation, I left a review that reflects my own experience, my phone was broken and still got battery issues, so it does not work.
