Google Bad Review 1:  We used Independent James for remortgage services a few years ago which went quite well at first but by finalisation I had to keep on chasing them and became increasingly frustrated with the poor customer service.
Nevertheless, I decided to get in touch recently about looking at a new mortgage and was expecting a call back after being told they they were all busy. After a few days of not hearing anything I called yesterday and was told the same thing. No call back. Still waiting.
I’ll look elsewhere.
If you can’t be bothered to return calls from genuinely interested clients then congratulations but I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
