Google Bad Review 1:  Booked and payed for a double room for myself and partner. On arrival at 16:30 waiting 30 minutes as no rooms were available. They eventually found 1 which was a disabled room and advised me they were fully booked and had nothing else. They said the systems accepted my booking online even though they had no rooms and this is a problem they constantly have.. you should have not accepted my payment and updated your systems to FULLY BOOKED or called me! I travelled 2 hours to get to the hotel… I booked on 23rd for 30th. More than enough time to contact me. The worker advised me the disabled room is exactly the same apart from everything is lower and the shower is walk in shower and in fact, overall is bigger. I had no choice but to accept. The worker failed to advise me is that the matress was so thin and completely different. It was a twin room with 2 single beds pushed together! I have never seen such thin mattresses in my life. Worst stay by far. Called the night manager complaining of this as didnt get back to the hotel till late to see this and had to wait till 7am to speak with Erik the manager just to be given a card with an email to make a complaint. Service was awful and hotel was awful.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very poor from start to finish tbh I have stayed in this hotel before and was fantastic but this time very poor breakfast was very poor and was 40min wait and missed our slot for v and a museum so day was messed up room good and beds comfortable and I can not fault the room but the staff are very poor in there job if you need anything or have a complaint they don't want to know badly run but a good location yes I know covid is a thing but poorly run and the staff are not really bothered about anything avoid and go to another premier inn .

Google Bad Review 1:  Left a pair of wireless earphones in my room, less than an hour after leaving the hotel I called back and explained what had happened, I knew EXACTLY where I left them. Staff told me there was nothing in the room, housekeeping had blatantly stolen my property and the hotel refused to take any responsibility. Mo the down the line they still can't explain how my property magically disappeared in the space of 45 minutes, I had to point out the difference between a ‘lost' and ‘left' item as they continually tried to suggest it was my fault they couldn't find them. Avoid if you care about keeping all your possessions after your stay.

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst hotel ever – and that includes the one where they painted over the window. The room is miniscule and comes complete with the contortionist's wardrobe! There's nowhere to work. The rooms don't even have kettles and the bed is about 3 foot in the air, so when you're 5 foot to start with, it's an effort just to get into it.

Google Bad Review 1:  This place is an overpriced dump. After I checked in they said “oh by the way this hotel doesn't have any air conditioning. Also we haven't updated the rooms. Sorry”. They offer “free wifi” but it doesn't actually work. However, they're happy to take your money to upgrade to “ultimate wifi” which is almost good enough to watch Netflix. Almost.If you want to stay in NW London, don't waste your money here.

Google Bad Review (2):  No staff at the desk, stood there waiting with tired kids trying to find someone to check us in. This is a regular occurance , seen other guests standing there wondering where the staff are. When you finally find someone the staff look totally fed up.

Found our room took a shower, one of the towels had not been changed had brown makeup marks ? smeared on the towel. Soap dispnser next to bath totally empty. TV control did not work. Wifi does not work either so ended up using the Nandos one.

Other guests leaving rubbish, dirty plates, dirty linen out in hallways all ovet the floors.

Wont be using this ” Premier ” inn again…
