Google Bad Review 1:  (Translated by Google) I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights now and it was awful. This hotel is not even worth a star. Everything is very small and when you come in from the main door, you get a heat. Our room was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was not very varied. Typical English-breakfast with beans, bacon, eggs, etc. But nothing more. The tables and cutlery as well as the plates were also not clean. On the last day, my body began to itch. And it turned out that I was bitten by bed bugs. On my whole body are pustules that itch extremely. I do not know which person gave this hotel 4 stars. It's not even worth a star to me. The only positive about this hotel is that it is central. I have based on the rating and the four-star the hotel booked. But I want to warn everyone else. Do not book !!!

Ich war jetzt für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und es war schrecklich. Dieses Hotel ist nicht mal ein Stern wert. Alles ist sehr klein und wenn man schon von der Haupttür reinkommt, kommt einem eine Hitze entgegen. Unser Zimmer war extrem heiß und es gab keine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war auch nicht gerade abwechslungsreich. Typisches English-Breakfast mit Bohnen, Bacon, Eier, etc. Aber mehr auch nicht. Die Tische und das Besteck sowie die Teller waren ebenfalls nicht sauber. Am letzten Tag fing mein Körper an zu jucken. Und es hat sich herausgestellt, dass ich von Bettwanzen gebissen wurde. Auf meinem ganzen Körper sind Pusteln die extrem jucken. Ich weiß nicht welcher Mensch diesem Hotel 4 Sterne gegeben hat. Für mich ist es nicht mal ein Stern wert. Das einzig positive an diesem Hotel ist, dass es zentral ist. Ich hab anhand der Bewertung und der 4-Sterne das Hotel gebucht. Aber hiermit möchte ich alle anderen warnen. Bloß nicht buchen!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  The receptionist so rude to me and my daughter .check in time is 2pm I got there 2.07 pm . I was told my room is not ready it took about 22minutes to get in the room . The receptionist approach is totally unacceptable at a point she asked me not to talk to her anymore, she acted as if she doesn't care if I wait forever .having this kind of issue at the beginning of our stay is Sad.feeling uncomfortable already.

Google Bad Review (2):  The worst nights stay in London ever. Room was freezing cold turned temp up max but was still only letting out cold air. Veiw from room was of a breeze block wall right outside so never let in any light. Noisy water pipes kept me awake all night would never stay here again i would advise anyone to pay a little extra and stay anywhere else.

Google Bad Review (2):  No staff at the desk, stood there waiting with tired kids trying to find someone to check us in. This is a regular occurance , seen other guests standing there wondering where the staff are. When you finally find someone the staff look totally fed up.

Found our room took a shower, one of the towels had not been changed had brown makeup marks ? smeared on the towel. Soap dispnser next to bath totally empty. TV control did not work. Wifi does not work either so ended up using the Nandos one.

Other guests leaving rubbish, dirty plates, dirty linen out in hallways all ovet the floors.

Wont be using this ” Premier ” inn again…

Google Bad Review 1:  The receptionist so rude to me and my daughter .check in time is 2pm I got there 2.07 pm . I was told my room is not ready it took about 22minutes to get in the room . The receptionist approach is totally unacceptable at a point she asked me not to talk to her anymore, she acted as if she doesn't care if I wait forever .having this kind of issue at the beginning of our stay is Sad.feeling uncomfortable already.
