Google Bad Review 1:  I booked the party for May in Feb 18 which is in good time

Party cancelled three days before the party due to no ice, lady just called to give me to cancel and didn’t offer another alternatives and basically tell me to sort it out myself

I had to find another venue last time and they refused to return my money straightaway even though they are the ones cancelling so I had to pay for another venue using my savings

The cancellation was 15th May and we are in 19th July and no refund have been process

I emailed them because NO ONE is answering the phone and then was told to be patient , there put in a new system and still trying to process my refund and ask me to wait another 2 weeks

NO ONE called me to say there was a delay till I chased so obviously they forgot and didn’t want to admit it.

The centre is BIG but no efficiency staff so you gotta make sure you chase and chase and chase if you want a party there

You have to chase for party detail, you chase people to call you for party information and you have to chase for money back when THEY CANCEL your party – no sympathy no help

Google Bad Review (2):  Very dissapointed by the extremely poor customer service I experienced by a lady on reception who gave me incorrect information. She told me I didn't have to pay for a spectator ticket but after queuing to enter the rink, I wasnt allowed through as I hadn't paid for a spectator!! I felt embarrassed and angry as it caused us to enter too late to secure a skate aid for my very anxious daughter so she spent most of the time stood outside the rink very upset. I would have been only too happy to pay the spectator fee and have no idea why the receptionist told me I didn't have to pay when I enquired! The right thing to do under this circumstance would have been for the manager to waiver the fee due to being given the wrong information but I was made to feel as though I had tried to avoid paying. More training in customer relations is definitely needed for reception staff and managers. Also like other better managed rinks that I've visited, skate aids should be pre booked rather than chancing that you might be lucky enough to get one. All in all a miserable experience not to be repeated.
