Google Bad Review 1: My and my sister's experience about this company was literally awful.
I decided to have some information from them regarding establishing a company in the UK. They were first seem friendly to me. When some other questions arose after my first appointment, I decided to ask these questions regarding the taxing procedures in the UK. The owner of the company, Halil Ibrahim Koca, told me how nonsensical my questions are. During the same conversation, he gave me wrong information regarding switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 visa. I was kind of disappointed, and therefore, I decided to speak to Hilal Kaya, another solicitor working at Lexlegal. As an establishment of a company is an important decision, I also gained some knowledge from other solicitors. There were some differences between Lexlegal's thoughts and other solicitors as well as experienced people about the working procedure when establishing a company. Therefore, I expressed my concerns to Hilal Kaya. As I already experienced some mistrustful issues with Halil Ibrahim, I was kind of unsure about Hilal's words. Therefore, I tried to become satisfied by expressing my concerns to her. After a while, she told me that she wants to end the conversation due to my words about trust issues. I think, a good service is maintained by fulfilling clients' concerns. But unfortunately, I could not see this in my experience with the company.
My sister also encountered an awful experience with this company. Even though I had an unsatisfactory experience with LexLegal, I told my sister to have some information regarding establishing a company in the UK. She sent a message to Hilal Kaya from WhatsApp, demanding an appointment from her. They arranged an appointment at their company. Although she came their office at the exact time that they arranged, she waited for 45 minutes for Hilal. But she did not come. After 45 minutes, my sister left the office. I strongly do not recommend this place due to our experiences. I hope this information help you. Thank you.
