Google Bad Review 1:  Awful experience. The staff is rude I was shouted at by the guy who was doing my nails, first of all they have to work on their customer services skills second they have to work on quality. I did shellac that chipped off in a day, I can’t understand how a nail specialist can get the shape wrong. I took three of my friends and was embarrassed, we booked an appointment for 4pm we were there 5 mins before our appointment and had to wait 45mins for our turn. The lady on the front desk was very rude, upon asking how long will they be she said if you want to go somewhere else go don’t waste my time! Then after I got my nails done and I was not happy as they were not straight not the shape I wanted and the polish was not neat and complained they forced me to pay for the awful job they did! I will never go back and will not recommend to anyone!

Google Bad Review (2):  Went to the salon, the staff had me sitting there for one hour With no assistance and only 2 customers were in the shop. The staff then came and said to me I should leave and come back because I never told them I wanted my nails done. After I explained to them that I couldn’t, they started and the man doing my nails was extremely unorganised, had the acrylic lumpy and placed crooked – so I complained. Another staff member then came to rectify the nails, but couldn’t even save them. I asked for a few simple diamonds and got told I couldn’t have them because “it was too much”. I asked how much I was being charged and the man said £35 which I believe is so much more than just an infill and gel polish, on top of the terrible service I’d just received. I listed why I was only going to pay £25 and after throwing a fit, the man followed me to the cash point which was very weird. I payed and they told me I should never return. If I could give 0 stars I would, this service was terrible and unacceptable.
