Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely terrible! I don't even know where to begin with how awful this letting agency really is. They are rude, unhelpful and nefarious.

From my experience they are simply money-grabbing crooks, being knowingly uncooperative and even deceitful. They have often pretended not to have any knowledge of issues you have tired on numerous occasions to contact them about, promising to get in touch, and then consistently failing to do so. They have often lied directly to us and ultimately cost us lots of time and money sorting out issues which should have been extremely painless.

I am not sure if they are just mentally deficient or positively malicious – BUT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS!

Google Bad Review (2):  Its official Brian Thomas estate agents broke the law!

After two years of harassing my mother and I Brian Thomas’ claim for fees has been thrown out of court on three counts. It was proved that they broke the law in not including a 14 day cooling off period in their contracts and thus the contract was shown to be invalid. Amal and Anis from Brian Thomas were shown in court (in their absence) to be incompetent and more importantly liars unfit to run an estate agency bound by the Property Ombudsman code of practice. Do not trust this estate agent with your money or your property.

Without doubt the worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. I was subjected to rude, controlling and wholly unprofessional behaviour. Most importantly be very careful when signing one of their estate agency agreements as they don’t allow for a 14 day cancellation period which is in breach of consumer law in this country. Also although they are a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme they flagrantly break the code of practice that they are supposed to adhere too. My advice is steer well clear of this agency.
