Google Bad Review 1:  Went here for a haircut and balayage. I had a mix fillings after my first time a few weeks back, but I decided to give them another chance. All I can say is my hair doesn't look what I expected and I will never be returning here again. I paid £180 for balayage and cut & blow dry, which originally supposed to be approx. £130 (but apparently they forgot to include toner in this price?). They neglected to inform me that they don't have my selected bright purple colour in stock before the service. Also during the service they keep me in illusion that I will get what I show them on my reference photo – again they neglected to inform me that it's going to be much darker, far from my reference photo. Moreover, the toner and bleach washed out after first washing! When I went confront them after everything washed out, they wanted originally refund only £28 for the toner… and when I started to ask for exact cost per each service that I've paid £180 in total, they went very vague and quickly decided to refund £110 (excluding cut and blow dry).
I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! Very disappointment!

Google Bad Review (2):  Went here for a hair cut in December 2020 after having a good experience the first time. All I can say is my hair got botched the second time and I will never be returning here again. Tracey, who cut and styled my hair, insisted on it be curled upon me leaving when I wanted it straight (?) turns out it was to hide her awful cut that I discovered after washing and styling my hair myself. The photos speak for themselves, I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I now hate my hair and am doing everything I can to grow it out to eventually have it cut by someone else to one length. So that you know I asked for ‘long layers' a cut I have been getting for years from other hairdressers and never ever received such a poor cut as this.
