Google Bad Review 1:  Absolute scam of an estate agents, had an offer accepted on a property and after getting all the finances in order we was told a day before 2nd viewing by luke Jacobs that the previous buyer was back on the scene and had offered more money as their mortgage fell through first time round. And as I can see from the reviews the agents have used the same reason a few times to lure the clients into a bidding war. I've tried getting in touch with luke to get a clear explanation but to no surprise no pick up or call back.
