Also a £75 initial consultation fee seems a bit high personally but i dont know what other places are like so maybe thats normal but i would expect to be a ble to pay with a credit card for something like legal fees where im sure they could accumilated to £1000's but no its a cashnonly buisness apparently and they wont give you a recipt either but at least the cash machine is in the off licence next door

Google Bad Review (2):  I bought a broken PlayStation 4 there. When I went to return it they wouldn't take it back, saying the serial number didn't match the console I initially bought, and insinuating I was trying to con them.

After weeks of negotiations, 5 calls and 2 visits, they agreed to “give me the benefit of the doubt” (how insulting?) and exchange the console for another one.

As it turned out, the replacement console was also malfunctioning. When I went back, they wouldn't replace or refund it, saying the initial 2-months warranty period had passed — it only expired because they took 6 weeks to agree to the exchange in the first place!

Hard not to think they were just messing around with me, exchanging a faulty product with another faulty product and making some easy money.

I'm gutted.

Google Bad Review (2):  I bought a broken PlayStation 4 there. When I went to return it they wouldn't take it back, saying the serial number didn't match the console I initially bought, and insinuating I was trying to con them.

After weeks of negotiations, 5 calls and 2 visits, they agreed to “give me the benefit of the doubt” (how insulting?) and exchange the console for another one.

As it turned out, the replacement console was also malfunctioning. When I went back, they wouldn't replace or refund it, saying the initial 2-months warranty period had passed — it only expired because they took 6 weeks to agree to the exchange in the first place!

Hard not to think they were just messing around with me, exchanging a faulty product with another faulty product and making some easy money.

I'm gutted.
