Google Bad Review 1: Extremely poor unprofessional management! We had used this agency for a short period looking after our terminally ill stage 4 cancer mother. The owner Auguster does not like to deal with issues or resolve issues. All she does is tell you to put in in writing and does not want to be hold responsible for any actions her staff had caused.
Her workers get comfortable because our mother had no ability to talk and therefore her workers would take advantage. They are careless ruthless and rude.
She has lazy workers especially when they come into the premises all they do is talk on their mobile phones thinking no one is watching. They make themselves comfortable. Thinking its their own home. They make themselves food and drinks which belonged to our mother. They failed their duty of care to look after our mother. The list is endless. When addressing all the lateless, where staff cover up for each other, they dont wear uniform and no id badges, they dont wash down our mum. The list is endless. If our mother had the ability to look after herself on a day to day basis would we need to use such incompetent agency?
I am more than happy to discuss this further and highly advise not to use this poor company!
