Google Bad Review:  Horrible, Horrible Service! Do not ever order for delivery from this “restaurant'. Our family ordered a family Fare which is 10 pieces of chicken, 10 wings, fries and drink but what we got was 6 pieces of chicken and 6 pieces of wings with no drink. There was a price diffrence of a little more than 10 pounds between the two orders and the lady had the audacity to tell me to order chips if I want the rest of my food and drink sent to me. Not to mention that it was the wrong flavour than we had asked for and she was yelling at us.

I used to come into the store but thats me done! Never again! Be careful of this restaurant!

So I would like to know why team members constantly are coming to me at 7 pm saying that they are closing in 15 min and no one is allowed to sit here anymore. There is no many people at this time anyway so cleaning wouldn’t take more than 15, in Costa they let u sit even till last minute but of course I don’t do that. 1 hour to close small coffee shop is too much. I was really happy that they opened Starbucks in Barking because I hoped it will be finally nice place to relax after work, but it’s just stressful and they make u fell unwelcome. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  Horrible, Horrible Service! Do not ever order for delivery from this “restaurant'. Our family ordered a family Fare which is 10 pieces of chicken, 10 wings, fries and drink but what we got was 6 pieces of chicken and 6 pieces of wings with no drink. There was a price diffrence of a little more than 10 pounds between the two orders and the lady had the audacity to tell me to order chips if I want the rest of my food and drink sent to me. Not to mention that it was the wrong flavour than we had asked for and she was yelling at us.

I used to come into the store but thats me done! Never again! Be careful of this restaurant!

I have order a smoothie today, it tasted absolutely like pure syrup so I asked the lady how did you make the smoothie and she lied that there was no syrup, what if I’m Allergic to it I’m sure they don’t want to get sued. I haven’t received no money back, she didn’t make another one she just said ok if you don’t like it then go as well as she was giving bad attitude and the need to argue when I just asked how it was made. If the place would have a little bit of good customer service they could thrive in business as food is alright.
Also all place is dirty tables are never being cleaned you might find few cockroaches on the floor.
Disgusted by the lady staff member rude lier. Disgusting. I hope management will take the feedback will teach their staff how to make smoothies that don’t taste like 100% syrup.

So I would like to know why team members constantly are coming to me at 7 pm saying that they are closing in 15 min and no one is allowed to sit here anymore. There is no many people at this time anyway so cleaning wouldn’t take more than 15, in Costa they let u sit even till last minute but of course I don’t do that. 1 hour to close small coffee shop is too much. I was really happy that they opened Starbucks in Barking because I hoped it will be finally nice place to relax after work, but it’s just stressful and they make u fell unwelcome. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  On official website is written that it’s open till 8pm. So I would like to know why team members constantly are coming to me at 7 pm saying that they are closing in 15 min and no one is allowed to sit here anymore. There is no many people at this time anyway so cleaning wouldn’t take more than 15, in Costa they let u sit even till last minute but of course I don’t do that. 1 hour to close small coffee shop is too much. I was really happy that they opened Starbucks in Barking because I hoped it will be finally nice place to relax after work, but it’s just stressful and they make u fell unwelcome. DISAPPOINTED!!!
