Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointed with Bairstow Eves, as a selling Agent. I have to phone them all the time and ask what has been done. They didn't negotiate good price for my property, never answer my question clearly ,from the bugging they was lying and working against me. Thinking only about the money, never care about the seller or buyer and comparison to other agents in the area Bairstow Eves charge the most. Have the lowest sales conversion rate, down at 30%, where as the others in the area have upwards of 74%. It was my mistake, that I've choice them to sell my property. I would never recommend them to my friends.
