They try to force you to pay for courses saying that the job is in partnership with the NHS so they are mandatory and You can’t get an interview without these and quote you around £170. REMEMBER. agencies shouldn’t force people to pay money upfront – it’s illegal. When I confronted the woman she said that she will discount the price for me. Still no. Then they sent me over fake documents for me to sign to make it look as if the employer sent them in order for them to say you’ve signed documents so now you have to pay for the courses. DO NOT sign anything unless you have been successfully offered a job and even then it’s the employer who will give the paper work to you. I also found the Job on the actual companies website and it was for a lot less money and the job description did not read the same as theirs, they had obviously edited it to make it seem more attractive. They weren’t successful with me because I have worked with agencies for a while but for people who are vulnerable and desperate for a job. I can see it going terribly wrong. I reported them to trading standards. If I could give zero stars I would! Disgusting people! They were also adamant that I shouldn’t come to their offices
