I was threaten today at 4:35 at this branch by the branch manger all because I purchased a trouser which was from “SUPPLY AND DEMAND “ it went like very very cheap material on the top the cloth have all threading out and look like it’s been used for over 5 years , so I went and explain to them what happened to it , so instead of listening to me he said we can’t change it because it washed or used so I reply to the manger if I don’t use anything how will I know , in short he refuse and start getting rude , just as I was leaving I asked the manger for his name so I can complaint to the head office, he refuse and threaten me that he will Chuck me out of the shop in front of my children being a professional person and as a father I have to call the police and explain what happened and how I was disrespected despite all my consumer and human rights were violated, so I have formally contacted the JD head office as well ,
