Google Bad Review 1: The service I have received from Bellway and Pinnacle as a whole has been terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.
When reserving my property, I was informed that my building would have its own concierge and it’s own gym. This is not the case. The concierge is in an entire different building and serves multiple apartment blocks. The gym is non existent and once built will be in a completely different building also, which will be accessed by the entire building estate. Bellway have employed Pinnacle Management to oversee all estate management duties and have charged us an extortionate amount for service charge, with half of that being upfront prior to moving in- this includes the gym, the concierge, parking (which the property does not come with) and the lifts. Since moving in, there are daily issues with the lift that are often not resolved immediately. To add insult to injury, the Bellway team blame the residents for the lifts not working when it is clear the lift is faulty. There was also promise of a business suite (a wfh space)- this is not even in the buildings plans. The Sales team also showed me a completely different picture for the exterior of the building- when I had my walk through I was very surprised.
After reserving the property, the sales team went silent. They were uncontactable and only got in contact with me to let me know that I was being booked in for an appointment to choose my interior colours and that those would have to be paid up front. This appointment was booked for the week after they called, so not giving me much time to prepare. On top of this, I paid an additional £800 for my interiors, which Bellway yet again made a mistake with so my property didn’t have the spec that I paid for!! This then took weeks to be refunded.
I had my walk through with the property, there were multiple snags in the property and I was assured they would be fixed prior to me moving in. This included multiple dents on the floor, dents on the hardware (oven), and the tiles on the balcony were extremely loose to the point where my family member tripped over. When I got the keys 2 weeks later, none of those snags were fixed, they had changed out my washing machine for a different combo machine with no explanation, and I was told people would be coming to fix them in the coming weeks. Some of those still exist nearly 2 months later.
To top things off now, I have been having issues with my bathroom and HUI unit which have not been resolved, with customer care then contacting me to chase despite their own team not attending appointments at the correct times.
