Google Bad Review:  We ordered 2 naans and waited for more than 1 hour just for them to cook up these simple dishes (just stuffed nans with some flavour), which they seem to charge a premium for! When the food finally arrived, it did not taste that great. Can’t believe they make money out of flogging cheap bits of bread.

There were 2 guys in the front just chit chatting away, and forgot about customer service. I would not recommend going there, unless you want to stuff yourself with a lot of carbs and still feel hungry.

However I was just about to until the owners son was really rude to me, this boy is very arrogant and has a ego problem. He even had the nerve to tell me his name as Ihsain. Very rude this is the 2nd time this has happened with me first with the parents and now the son.

Some people need to learn some manners and have a attitude to manage a business I no many people on Ilford Lane that have worked hard to make a business work as I live locally and it takes effort to make a business work. This boy is clearly over smart hence that’s why he talks about the other shops clearly a HATER. Get a Life boy and get some manners.

Google Bad Review (2):  The staff were unbelievably rude when shopping for bridal wear. We were the only ones in the store and we were told we needed to make an appointment to even see the bridal dresses. When i asked if there were any appointments, she grudgingly said no and then sheepishly took me through. She also kept talking to me in her language, knowing that i didn’t understand.
They were rude, smug assistants who didnt want to help and having seen a dress there i would have bought, the only reason i didnt was how disgusting they treated us since we stepped in the store. Avoid!!!

I say fairly because one time I had a face wax done, the lady left a burn/ripped my skin around my eye area. Stopped going when I booked an appointment, only for them to try to convince me on the day of my appointment to go another day. When I said I didn’t have time, they tried to make me come at another time. Also, they forced me to write a review while I was at the salon so initially I gave a good rating because I felt pressured to do so. Really unprofessional, so I found another salon instead.
