Google Bad Review 1:  Went to try it out despite all of the terrible reviews on here. Walked in and there isn't even a towel service so walked straight out! This place doesn't seem to be good for the nuffield brand??

Google Bad Review (2):  I'm giving a star for the only reason that they have 1 amazing, kind, hardworking lady who works at the reception I think named Pav, she literally shows no attitude compared to the rest of the team. Oliver another worker is a decent fella, hard working as well. Now to the sticky bit, these guys are absolute jokers, will try and put the problem always onto you in regards to memebsrship, there easy to sign you up, when your ready to leave they delay everything, also threaten that if you cancel your direct debit you'll be in debt with them. The gym is really unpleasant, the men's changing rooms are disgusting, with bogey on sinks, flem from men coughing being visible, a lot of people are not really clean, they would literally have a shave/cut their hair in the changing room and then leave the hair on the sink and go wash themselves in the pool or jacuzzi, the equipment upstairs is very limited, hardly much cardio equipment, if there is. The equipment is very old and tacky, lastly I WILL repeat the behind the desk team are really rude and unhelpful except the one amazing colleague Pav, I believe she should run this place herself. They will respond to this review with the same automated reply they reply to all Reviews, your better of going to virgin active (repton park) similar price or £10-20 more but with pleasant service, clean gym, everything is upper class including there customer service, there's a lot of clean people, please avoid this fraud of a gym.
