Google Bad Review 1:  This company are massive time wasters. They arrange for things to be repaired and then go back on their word. They arrived in NOV 21 and stripped our bathroom to bare essentials stating they needed to replace the suite due to age and condition. They come back FINALLY at the end of March 22, 4 months later to say that they won't do the work because it's going to be too expensive? I have taken time off work on numerous occasions and now have waited for 4 months with regards to the bathroom and yet your company has proven themselves to be totally incompetent.

CONSTANTLY, people turn up to do repairs and then say that the job on the tablet is totally different to the job that needs to be done. Then they go away, so you're wasting all day waiting for them to turn up only for them to leave.

The fact this company is allocated more plots of land is astonishing when they can't even supply a bathroom to tenants that have paid rent for the last 20 years because PCH can't afford it but can afford to develop property all over the borough?

You click on the option for Brent, and instead, you get through to Kensington and Chelsea (not the run around someone needs when there is water leaking from the flat above into the light fittings and down the corridor!). I was placed through department three after 20 minutes and have been on the phone for over 45 minutes till present listening to awful music.

Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible repair service and waiting time.

Reported a stiff bedroom door handle that was showing signs of failure. A2’s contractor came with a terrible attitude and made it seem as though there were no problems with the handle and oiled it instead of replacing it. It seemed to work but not even 1 month later, the handle has completely failed and I am stuck outside my bedroom without my phone charger, wallet, money, change of clothes or even a blanket to sleep in. A2’s contractor claims this is not an urgent situation and gave me an appointment 1 week away. The ultimate fault lies with A2 for hiring terrible contractors that provide inadequate service that A2 is only too happy to hide behind.

Lift has been spoilt for at least 2 months at this point

Google Bad Review (2):  Awful in every respect. Don’t buy an A2 Dominion home. We bought a property in East London which when they sold to us said it would come with “24 hour concierge”. Lies. They installed lighting which is is all failing but which is obsolete to replace so you have to replace each unit at £50 a pop at your own expense. They sold the property boasting a cost efficient water heating system and then proceeded to change the provider and charge more money for it. They changed the entrance keys provider and then make you pay for replacements that you previously purchased. Recently they decided to charge leaseholders to have the entry panel assigned to mobiles but social housing tenants don’t have to pay. Oh, and this was because their previous provider was more expensive but now they have opted for a cheaper company – AST who are incompetent – but every leaseholder has to pay £25 each time. They didn’t advise the leaseholders re this because and I quote “it was such a small amount of money we didn’t think it necessary”. Be prepared to spend hours, days, weeks and even months for A2Dominion to address any concerns or issues you may have. You have been warned!
