Google Good Review:  I am very happy to be living here at D'Arcy House. The carers are brilliant and efficient. They are more like friends than carers. All other staff here are just as brilliant. Us the residents want more from head office for entertainment and outings arranged for people who can walk and for those who want to go on outings who can't get out themselves, arrangements made for those who need help going on these outings. Another thing I want to bring up is D'Arcy House going to become a dementia home which I and many other residents hope it isn't as this is supposed to be independent living. Other than what I've mentioned it am happy to be living here among many friends and that includes carers. Thank you.

Staff ignored a British Gas notice of condemnation on the unsafe and fume leaking boiler.
Today, you have also ignored notice from your own surveyor reporting this flat as unsafe.

Both mother and child have suffered from repeated sickness since October 16…
This level of incompetence is intolerable !

Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible repair service and waiting time.

Reported a stiff bedroom door handle that was showing signs of failure. A2’s contractor came with a terrible attitude and made it seem as though there were no problems with the handle and oiled it instead of replacing it. It seemed to work but not even 1 month later, the handle has completely failed and I am stuck outside my bedroom without my phone charger, wallet, money, change of clothes or even a blanket to sleep in. A2’s contractor claims this is not an urgent situation and gave me an appointment 1 week away. The ultimate fault lies with A2 for hiring terrible contractors that provide inadequate service that A2 is only too happy to hide behind.

Lift has been spoilt for at least 2 months at this point

Google Bad Review (2):  Awful in every respect. Don’t buy an A2 Dominion home. We bought a property in East London which when they sold to us said it would come with “24 hour concierge”. Lies. They installed lighting which is is all failing but which is obsolete to replace so you have to replace each unit at £50 a pop at your own expense. They sold the property boasting a cost efficient water heating system and then proceeded to change the provider and charge more money for it. They changed the entrance keys provider and then make you pay for replacements that you previously purchased. Recently they decided to charge leaseholders to have the entry panel assigned to mobiles but social housing tenants don’t have to pay. Oh, and this was because their previous provider was more expensive but now they have opted for a cheaper company – AST who are incompetent – but every leaseholder has to pay £25 each time. They didn’t advise the leaseholders re this because and I quote “it was such a small amount of money we didn’t think it necessary”. Be prepared to spend hours, days, weeks and even months for A2Dominion to address any concerns or issues you may have. You have been warned!

Google Good Review:  I am very happy to be living here at D'Arcy House. The carers are brilliant and efficient. They are more like friends than carers. All other staff here are just as brilliant. Us the residents want more from head office for entertainment and outings arranged for people who can walk and for those who want to go on outings who can't get out themselves, arrangements made for those who need help going on these outings. Another thing I want to bring up is D'Arcy House going to become a dementia home which I and many other residents hope it isn't as this is supposed to be independent living. Other than what I've mentioned it am happy to be living here among many friends and that includes carers. Thank you.

Google Bad Review 1:  Awful customer service. Repairs and heating provider TSG I have no words for them. I cannot wait for the day I can leave this horrid service provider and get my own place.
No heating and hot water 2 weeks on, and it's a new property I moved into. What does the repairs inspector actually do, wear a shirt and tie and look smart? Disgusting.
They don't even deserve a 1 star.

Google Bad Review (2):  Southern Housing used to be really good, back in the day things were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The customer service was good and the contractors they used were also decent. In recent years things have gone downhill, if you need ever complain about an issue it takes weeks to get it sorted if not months! We have had an issue where our heaters have not been working properly for the last 3 month, we’ve told them about this at least 3 times and they said they will get an engineer round but they’ve lied every time. I have to say TSG the sub contractors they use are also culpable as their customer service is awful and they often lie. If Southern Housing want to improve the first thing they should do is employ better sub contractors!

Both mother and child have suffered from repeated sickness since October 16…
