Google Bad Review 1:  Firstly, this is just my own experience , this will vary from person to person but bearing in mind that moving is one of the most stressful things a person can do in life and it's not exactly cheap, I thought I would share my experience.

Firstly, Colin was very friendly, and his communication was excellent. The workers were also very polite etc

However I faced a number of issues with the move from them:

Colin didn't really do a thorough assessment of the move. I recorded what we needed sent, and it was a move from one side of London to another, and he said one van would be enough. Whilst they were loading the Luton van, the workers told me it wasn't enough and I didn't have enough space!! This led to some back and forth, and I had to come back for another round with my car the following day so the things could fit into the van.

They struggled almightily with my American Fridge freezer ( my friend and I had to help them lift it as we also did with many other things!) They scratched it up badly and damaged it from the back.

I had books in big boxes, they didn't come with the trolley to take it so ended up wasting a great amount of time with both carrying one box at a time.

My desk was unscrewed in order for it to fit into the van and wasn't put back together on the other side in addition to the screws not being returned until approximately a week later.

This and other instances are the reason for my score. I found Colin to be reasonable and he kindly refunded my some of the money but this is not the stress a person wants when moving.

Again thats just my experience and I'm glad many have had positive ones, these are just things to take into consideration.
