Google Bad Review 1: I did not have a good experience with Maid2Clean Canterbury, unfortunately.
I called to book a cleaner two weeks before I needed one. I received a text message a couple of days later with a time I would be called to ‘interview' a cleaner. I was ready and waiting by the phone, but didn't receive the call.
The next day I didn't hear anything either, so I called to find out what happened, and the lady on the phone said she would find me another cleaner. I received a text message to confirm a cleaner was booked. On the day, I was waiting at home, but the cleaner did not turn up.
I can't vouch for the quality of the cleaning, but have been let down twice by no shows.
