Google Bad Review 1:  First of all you can tell that a lot of the 5/5 reviews are paid reviews which is common in this industry. Overall poorly managed property. Very overpriced for the type of service and rooms. Check in is poor and slow, I dealt with Mr CHENG at the front desk who showed no real desire to help, he just gave a standard answer at check in-“we cannot tell how many hours before a room is ready” and basically pushed me off. He never showed any eye contact, this seems to be the temperament of the majority of the front desk staff. Except for one person-I walked over to MURIEL at the next check in desk and she called housekeeping, she ascertained an estimate time and showed a true personal caring attitude. But, Unfortunately expect 3-4 hour minimum wait for your room.
Lounge lobby service is awful. I sat for almost an hour in a desolate lounge/restaurant in the lobby. Two waitress on site, both just standing talking with each other. Extremely poor-service. A just dont care attitude. Even when you speak with the manager Martin, he has the same attitude automatically defensive. If management exemplifies such poor service of course staff will project the same poor service attitude. Avoid here and walk a block over westminister bridge and enjoy a traditional meal at great price fantastic service. Overall poor service in entire facility. Location is the only exemplary praise. Please excuse brevity and grammatical errors

Google Bad Review 1:  Deeply disappointed by the restaurant. I used to go to the restaurant but recently the level is clearly going down. The service was poor, waiting 40 min for a club sandwich is ridiculous specially when you have more staff than clients in the room. They reduce drastically the size and quality of the food but they didn't change the price. The club sandwich was so small, almost no chicken in it and it was tasteless. For a price of £24 the club sandwich you clearly expect more.
I used to go over there and clearly something has changed recently.
Now it's a rip off, to avoid.

But just yesterday we check out from the hotel. And we move to the apartment. In our room we forgot our iron. Now I try to call to the housekeeping to check in the lost and found. But the housekeeping the will not see anything left in the room. THis is the first time we lost our things in corinthia. We experience the hotels in America. But we find it in lost and found.

Google Bad Review (2):  Upon arrival my partner and I were informed that there was a mandatory deposit of £50 to go towards room service charges (as they stop taking cash/card payments after a certain time). I was told that if we didn’t use room service then the money would automatically go back into my account 2/3 days after the visit. 4 phone calls and 3 weeks later I have received no repayment, no help and no consideration from any members of staff I have spoken to about the issue. What a corrupt place.

Google Bad Review (2):  No staff at the desk, stood there waiting with tired kids trying to find someone to check us in. This is a regular occurance , seen other guests standing there wondering where the staff are. When you finally find someone the staff look totally fed up.

Found our room took a shower, one of the towels had not been changed had brown makeup marks ? smeared on the towel. Soap dispnser next to bath totally empty. TV control did not work. Wifi does not work either so ended up using the Nandos one.

Other guests leaving rubbish, dirty plates, dirty linen out in hallways all ovet the floors.

Wont be using this ” Premier ” inn again…

The receptionist approach is totally unacceptable at a point she asked me not to talk to her anymore, she acted as if she doesn't care if I wait forever .having this kind of issue at the beginning of our stay is Sad.feeling uncomfortable already.

Google Bad Review (2):  The reception staff and the breakfast staff were absolutely amazing and had great courtesy however the carpet in the rooms was faded, dirty and nowhere near the international standards. Additionally when we asked for a Baby Cot, we were provided with a baby cot (just the skeleton) with no mattress nor any bedsheet. I literally had to call up again to request for these but was advised that “unfortunately that is how it is”. I then requested for additional bed sheets to make it somewhat comfortable but it didn't work for us. The baby had to sleep in one of the twin beds that was provided to us after arrival even though I had booked a double room with a double bed. The lesson learnt is that it's best to go for other secondary tier hotels and compromise on the aircon but to have a comfortable stay as opposed to a couple sleeping on a single bed 🙁
