Google Bad Review:  This company is an agent and does not hire their handyman directly, thus refuses to bare any responsibility for handyman’s work or damage! We hired handyman for a job that was quoted to take 2 hours. Instead, handyman took 5 hours to complete the job which included him leaving for 40 minuets to repark his car. I payed everything in full. Handyman left the house when it was already dark, I discovered the next morning that while drilling the hole for curtain rode he broke my floor to ceiling window glass with a drill handle. I called and emailed the company straight away with pictures that prove my claims. They refused to speak to me, said handyman does not accept responsibility and I should deal with him directly. I contacted handyman, he ignored me until I sent him official letter. Then he replied that he does not accept responsibility and I should deal directly with his insurance company. After contacting insurance company I was told by them that the handyman does not accept responsibility and there is nothing they can do for me. This hassle took half a year, nothing was sorted out, the only thing I can do is go to court and pay £1000 court fees as to replace the floor to ceiling window I was quoted to cost £7000.
Horrible experience, do not recommend hiring people through this company.
