Google Bad Review 1:  Honestly, not worth staying there more than one night. The location was good, that's why I chose it in the first place but hotelwise, it's not looking very nice for a 3 star hotel, stayed in much better and cheaper hotels (Although I'm used to Europe hotels and service, England is really bad for the price in that standard) The room was dusty, windows really old, worn out furniture, stains on the mattress that you can see through the sheets. The bathroom was clean and good. The room was tiny but that's okay. The receptionist was nice and decent but nothing more than that. They say that they serve breakfast, but that's just coffee and pastries and two/three cereal choices LOL
I guess I'm going to avoid going to hotels in England because it's seems that the only ones that are decent and worth staying in are 4 and 5 star hotels which cost way too much in my opinion ( for one night you could spent 3 nights in a lovely hotel somewhere else in Europe with a better service).

Google Bad Review (2):  Checked in at 10 pm. Greated by a little man in jeans and a T-shirt. Not expected at all judging by the images on here. I was checked out by 11 pm the same day. I booked a deluxe double room. Nothing deluxe about it. Not enough room to swing a cat. You could step from the bed straight into the bathroom. And the bathroom had a really stale smell. No window in the room at all. And the noise! I had room G1 – which is on the ground floor, directly off the bar. I could hear everything. And when fellow guests went to bed I could hear their conversation in the room upstairs. Add that to the sound of the underground every THREE mins that would rumble the building like thunder. Gave it an hour but could hear every noise over my earplugs and knew I was not going to be able to sleep. I don't ask a lot from a room, but relative levels of quiet to be able to sleep is a minimum. Picadilly Circus would've been quieter. Left key on the bar and left within an hour to get the train home as that was the preferable option!

Despite leaving a message with my key as I checked out AND messaging them directly I have had no response to my issues.

Google Bad Review 1:  (Translated by Google) I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights now and it was awful. This hotel is not even worth a star. Everything is very small and when you come in from the main door, you get a heat. Our room was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. The breakfast was not very varied. Typical English-breakfast with beans, bacon, eggs, etc. But nothing more. The tables and cutlery as well as the plates were also not clean. On the last day, my body began to itch. And it turned out that I was bitten by bed bugs. On my whole body are pustules that itch extremely. I do not know which person gave this hotel 4 stars. It's not even worth a star to me. The only positive about this hotel is that it is central. I have based on the rating and the four-star the hotel booked. But I want to warn everyone else. Do not book !!!

Ich war jetzt für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und es war schrecklich. Dieses Hotel ist nicht mal ein Stern wert. Alles ist sehr klein und wenn man schon von der Haupttür reinkommt, kommt einem eine Hitze entgegen. Unser Zimmer war extrem heiß und es gab keine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war auch nicht gerade abwechslungsreich. Typisches English-Breakfast mit Bohnen, Bacon, Eier, etc. Aber mehr auch nicht. Die Tische und das Besteck sowie die Teller waren ebenfalls nicht sauber. Am letzten Tag fing mein Körper an zu jucken. Und es hat sich herausgestellt, dass ich von Bettwanzen gebissen wurde. Auf meinem ganzen Körper sind Pusteln die extrem jucken. Ich weiß nicht welcher Mensch diesem Hotel 4 Sterne gegeben hat. Für mich ist es nicht mal ein Stern wert. Das einzig positive an diesem Hotel ist, dass es zentral ist. Ich hab anhand der Bewertung und der 4-Sterne das Hotel gebucht. Aber hiermit möchte ich alle anderen warnen. Bloß nicht buchen!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  BED BUGS AND TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION
We booked our sailing tour to the Cyclades islands in September through an Italian supplier. Not only our holiday was ruined, but the customer service was ridiculous, and we never got reimbursed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
DISORGANIZED
In short, the Italian website was not aligned with Seafarersailing.co.uk. While we were promised a specific tour, passengers who booked directly through them were told that the tour would include one new island per day, with no guarantee of which one. This already messed up our plans on what to visit… This was the first sign of general disorganization and misalignment with their official vendors. Also, the snorkeling advertised on their site was canceled due to COVID19, with no notice.
BED BUGS
Me and my wife both had bed bugs bites after our first night on the boat. We were not initially sure, but after our third day, when the number of marks increased, we contacted a doctor. The doctor clearly identified the red, swollen, triangular-shaped bites and strongly advised us to quit the sailing tour. We could easily confirm through previous footage that these bite marks were not present on our body before sailing. We were told that this was impossible because “the crew thoroughly sanitized and cleaned the boat before our arrival for COVID19 issues”. But this does not mean that they killed any bed bug since they hide in seams and wood and require a different treatment (fumigation). We had to thoroughly disinfect EVERYTHING once at home… The crew did not believe us and unprofessionally dismissed our claims, saying they believed this was just an excuse for us to leave the cruise, because we did not like it. Because of this, we really doubt any check was performed. We understand the surprise about the situation, but it is not unheard of that bed bugs can be found on boats with different guests every week.
After we reported this to the managing director at seafarer, he also dismissed our claims since in 25 years he had never heard of such problems. However, funnily enough, he also added “Nonetheless, to be 110% sure, they have been instructed to carry out the appropriate remedial actions, just in case.” Even after saying this, they categorically refused to reimburse not even a part of our trip.
This all led us to have to reschedule our holiday, pay a whole new set of hotels and lose 2000 euro. We find unacceptable that a company which should value the health and safety of their passengers would put so little effort in such situations!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Myself, niece from Australia and her 2 small children booked for 3 nights, tues, weds, thurs. Wen we checked in we were told the booking was for weds, thurs, fri! We protested this. They said they didnt have a room available. We kicked up a fuss as we had 2 small children with us and late at night. Eventually they did come up with a room for the grand sum of over £300. That was for 1 night. They refused to take the friday night off and put it to weds night. So, another £300 plus we had to pay! The bathroom shower was blocked and water flooded the bathroom! The handle on the bathroom door came off completely in my hand. The reception staff were not helpful at all and we will not be returning to this place again!
