Google Bad Review: (Translated by Google) AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! We stayed at SO Arch Aparthotel from August 1 to August 17 (normally until the 18th). First, after the 1st night spent, we were told that the next day we would have to change rooms. We did not agree given that we have 3 small children (including 1 baby of 3 months), and that we had no time to waste during our vacation to pack all our bags and put them back. – undo in a new room! We were therefore told that if we agreed to change the room, we were offered the cot and parking for the entire stay. So we accepted the change, but asked reception if it was the same room we currently had, for 5 people. We were assured that the room would be absolutely identical. After packing all our bags for 2 hours, we were told that we were not finally changing rooms! Finally, we were told that we would change in the evening. However, when we came back in the evening, the room was not identical to the previous one, we had been put on a sofa bed that could only accommodate one person! Also, the room was really dirty, the dish sponge was horrible and obviously used a lot of times, there were stains on the carpet and the cleaning ladies apparently didn't take care of the floor! We had to spend the night in this room (made for 3 people), and my husband and I had to share a sofa bed for one person! We absolutely haven't slept all night. The next day we spoke to the manager and asked for a refund for the night (133 pounds), as it was absolutely a room for 5 and we booked a sofa bed for 2 and not for 1! He told us that he would change the sofa bed and that he would reimburse us for the whole night if we agreed to leave on the 17th rather than the 18th. As we thought maybe to make the road at night, we accepted. to leave earlier on condition that the night is fully reimbursed (133 pounds) as well as the parking (70 pounds) as we had been promised for the change of room. We therefore proceeded with the refund, except that the manager only refunded 130 pounds instead of the planned 200 (night + parking). He only agreed to reimburse 60 pounds per night (+ the 70 pounds for parking, or 130 pounds in all out of the 200 planned), despite having paid for a room for 5 and had an incompatible room for 2 adults . So we said very precisely that it was out of the question in these conditions that we left a day before (the 17th) and that as the night was not 100% refunded, we would therefore stay until the 18th, as planned. (we had already paid until the 18th)! However, on the evening of the 17th, when we arrived at the hotel, the manager allowed himself to touch our suitcases and drop them off IN THE CORRIDOR! Anyone could come by and steal anything! In addition, he had absolutely no right to touch our things in our room without our agreement, to put them in a bag and to leave everything in the hallway, even though we had paid for the room until the 18th (I have the reservation papers that prove it). So we were literally kicked out of the hotel with 3 children including a baby and had to spend 2 hours in London looking for a new hotel for the night. However, all of the hotels were either full or too expensive for our budget, so we had to go home at night because we had nowhere to stay. The manager is very dishonest. We had nothing but trouble from start to finish, it was anything but a vacation! This is our 5th time in London (at different establishments) and this is the first time such a thing has happened to us! Never go to this hotel you will waste your time and money! (Photos if needed)

A ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX !!! Nous avons séjourné à SO Arch Apart’hotel du 1 août au 17 août (normalement jusqu’au 18). Premièrement, après la 1ère nuit passée, on nous a annoncé que le lendemain nous devrions changer de chambre. Nous n'étions pas d’accord étant donné que nous avons 3 enfants en bas-âge (dont 1 bébé de 3 mois), et que nous n’avions pas de temps à perdre durant nos vacances pour refaire toutes nos valises et les re-défaire dans une nouvelle chambre ! On nous a donc dit que si nous acceptions de changer la chambre, on nous offrait le lit pour bébé et le parking pour tout le séjour. Nous avons donc accepté le changement, mais avons demandé à la réception s’il s’agissait bien de la même chambre que nous avions actuellement, pour 5 personnes. On nous a assuré que la chambre serait absolument identique. Après avoir fait toutes nos valises durant 2 heures, on nous a annoncé que finalement on ne changeait pas de chambre ! Finalement, on nous a dit qu’on changerait le soir. Or, quand nous sommes rentrés le soir, la chambre n’était pas identique à la précédente, on nous avait mis un canapé-lit qui ne pouvait contenir qu’une seule personne ! De plus, la chambre était vraiment sale, l’éponge à vaisselle était horrible et visiblement déjà utilisée plein de fois, il y avait des taches sur la moquette et les femmes de ménage de s’occupaient apparement pas du sol ! Nous avons été obligés de passer la nuit dans cette chambre (faite pour 3 personnes), et mon mari et moi avons du partager un canapé-lit pour une personne ! Nous n’avons absolument pas dormi de toute la Nuit. Le lendemain, nous avons parlé au manager et avons demandé le remboursement de la nuit (133 pounds), car ce n’était absolument une chambre pour 5 et nous avons réservé un canapé-lit pour 2 et non pour 1 ! Il nous a dit qu’il changerait le canapé-lit et qu’il nous rembourserait la totalité de la nuit si nous acceptions de partir le 17 plutôt que le 18. Comme nous pensions peut-être faire la route de nuit, nous avons accepté de partir plus tôt à condition que la nuit soit entièrement remboursée (133 pounds) ainsi que le parking (70 pounds) comme on nous l’avait promis pour le changement de chambre. Nous avons donc procédé au remboursement, sauf que le manager n’a remboursé que 130 pounds au lieu des 200 prévus (nuit + parking). Il n’a accepte de rembourser que 60 pounds de la nuit (+ les 70 pounds du parking, soit 130 pounds en tout sur les 200 prévus), malgré que nous ayons payé pour une chambre pour 5 et eu une chambre incompatible pour 2 adultes. Nous avons donc dit très précisément qu’il était hors de question dans ces conditions que nous partions un jour avant (le 17) et que comme la nuit n’était pas remboursée à 100%, nous resterions donc jusqu’au 18, comme prévu (nous avions déjà payé jusqu’au 18)! Or, le 17 au soir, quand nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel, le manager s’était Permis de toucher à nos valises et de les DÉPOSER DANS LE COULOIR ! N’importe qui pouvait passer et voler quelque chose ! De plus, il n’avait absolument aucun droit de toucher à nos affaires dans notre chambre sans notre accord, de les mettre dans un sac et de tout déposer dans le couloir, alors que nous avions payé la chambre jusqu’au 18 (j’ai les papiers de la réservation qui le prouvent). Nous avons donc été littéralement chassés de l’hôtel, avec 3 enfants dont un bébé et nous avons dû passer 2 heures dans Londres à chercher un nouvel hôtel pour la nuit. Or, tous les hôtels étaient soit complets, soit trop cher pour notre budget, et nous avons donc dû rentrer chez nous de nuit car nous n’avions nulle part où loger. Le manager est très malhonnête. Nous n’avons eu que des ennuis du début à la fin de notre séjour, c’étaient tout sauf des vacances ! Nous en sommes à notre 5ème séjour à Londres (dans des établissements différents) et c’est la première fois qu’une telle chose nous arrive ! N’allez jamais dans cet hôtel vous allez perdre votre argent et votre temps ! (Photos si besoin)
