Google Bad Review: So I got a refill/restart 2 week ago, after that my broiler start shutting off, so I called just to see if someone could stop by and look at it, being that we are first time home owners, immediately the reception got nasty and defensive, I was like lady I just needed some help, she said ok and hang up. I have had three refill with them and was very happy but as soon as a problem occur this is how they treat their customers. It’s sad because I have a two years old at home. Very disappointed.
