Google Bad Review:  I'm a costumer of this branch and very dissapointed with the costumer service of the lady speaking on the phone today. I called regarding an online purchase and I need to know my Pupil Distance and she won't give me the information as “everything is very detailed on the online store”. I'm calling and calling as I have no other choice and they hang up the phone continuously. The lady was very rude, like she was tired of working and didn't want to deal with costumers anymore. I just needed some details about my prescription but this is too much for the lazy bitter lady. Maybe you should put her on her place. I called today as 4th April 2020 to the Harringay Specsaver store at 3pm and still calling. And I will call all day.
