Google Bad Review 1:  Visited today to purchase mother's day gift for partner. Wanted to purchase the face and body experience and was told the offer was only valid mon-fri until end of March. After explaining that this leaves no time to arrange child care or a babysitter in the week as we both work and 3 weeks window is not enough time to arrange, the person behind the desk went to fetch the manager. After speaking with the manager she said the mother's day promotion can be extended for 6 months at their discretion but she would not extend the offer I wanted to purchase. Both offers stated valid until the end of March, however I proceeded to show her their own terms and conditions clearly stating on their website ‘If the offer is bought as a present or gift, the voucher or offer should be redeemed within six months of purchase.'
She said ‘that it is wrong and they need to get that changed.' I asked if they would honour it as that is what the policy stated she said ‘no', but would meet me ‘halfway' by allowing me to book a date in April to be booked now or buy a voucher for an unknown future promotion?
I declined feeling extremely frustrated that they would not honour their own terms and conditions. Extremely unhelpful and will not be purchasing anymore treatments from here. My partner agreed and also said on her last visit she had booked in for the hot stones treatment and she was told when she got in the treatment room that she couldn't have that treatment because they forgot to heat them up and there wasn't enough time to do within her allocated slot. Will be going elsewhere in future…

Google Bad Review (2):  Bad customer service and bad communication! Wanted to host a party at the spa for my birthday, I had email them over a week ago and phoned them everyday to get no awnser! I shall take my money somewhere else!
