Google Bad Review 1:  They are very promising when it come to sell you the policy .
They promised me £300 referral fee for my partner and 2 month free month 3&6 as well as £200 apology money ASAP.
When the time came to pay they keep changing the dates not calling back.
When I heard back they stated they won’t pay out what they promised .
They won’t pay the £200 apology money.
They refuse to pay the original agreement referral fee of £300 they took it down to £150 and instead of month 3&6 free they decided now to move that to m7 and month 8 .
Pushing to sell you insurance throwing money at you so that you take it and very misleading but when it comes to pay out they are changing dates and amount to suit them .

I made a complaint still waiting to hear back in the meantime talking to my solicitors and business ombudsman as they lied to me and trapped me into taking this insurance .
Luckily I have everything recorded .
I spoke to Liam Packer and a Chris Powell
Full of lies to take the insurance.
Customer service and support very rude.

Google Bad Review (2):  I don't recommend this company took out private insurance with AVIVA.
When I tried to book on their app to see a private doctor was told had no appointments for 4-5 days, then told to use the NHS.
Had to visit the hospital as l’d an uriny tract infection which was very painful.
What's the points paying nearly £1400 per year, and when you're unwell they don't want to help you, because they don't have enough doctors.
When I cancelled the policy, someone from your firm rang me but I missed the call.
When I phoned back spoke to a guy who wasn't very friendly, and when I tried to explain that I'd already cancelled the policy after phoning AVIVA.
He was talking over me all the time trying to make me keep the policy, but when l told him it was very rude talking over a customer, then he did a sackable offence he then put the phone down on me.
I then phoned your company to make a complaint about the sales person behaviour, but never heard anything back by phone or any letter!
