Google Bad Review 1:  I had the worst experience at this store. I am a regular Holland and Barrett customer, I purchase and stock up on my essentials at this store. I was passing by and remembered I needed to buy some vitamins. I went to the store and the manager or whoever she was called MEGHA gave me a dirty look, I didn’t think anything of the situation. When I went to ask for her she tutted, huffed and puffed like I was making her run a god damn marathon! It’s her job to attend to customers and help, why was she being rude. I asked her for Vitamin A and she gave me a red bottle of vitamins and then walked off, HANDING ME THE WRONG PRODUCT. I asked her if there was a problem and she again huffed and puffed and rolled her eye, exclaiming “no I am not I just helped you”. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service and I don’t know what possessed you to make her manager or whatever she is. She was rude, grumpy and she took it out on me. Never will I shop at Holland and Barrett and MEGHA is the cause for this. She made my experience so horrible, and made me feel like I was asking her to cut a hand and a leg. Ridiculous behaviour from a “manager”, what an absolute cow.

Google Bad Review (2):  If I would be a manager, I would never employ Meg as a sales assistant. She just ruins a reputation of such a spacious high street store in a heart of London. Unpolite, angry type of communication. Unhelpful at all ,however it was not busy in a shopfloor.
