Google Bad Review 1:  Very bad experience. Just the garden design took over 3 month to deliver from the initial meeting with a designer in mid June 2020 to mid November 2020 when it was eventually handed over. In stark contrast, immediate demands for payment were to the point of harassment, including an unannounced visit to out home. When we informed him that we had decided to get a couple more quotes in before we finalised a designer we were told by the owner that we had already entered a contract and were threatened with a county court judgement if we didn't pay immediately. This was a contradiction to our email from the designer saying that he will start the design once we were happy with the brief and had paid the invoice. Feeling threatened, we ended up paying £2,400 immediately and then had to wait 3 months for the design (and even then we had to keep emailing to ask for status updates). Needless to say we will NOT be using their services to actually carry out any work in the future and can not recommend this company to anyone else.
