Google Bad Review 1:  This is the second bunch of flower arrangements I have received.Both arrangements were absolutely appalling. Extremely poorly arranged ,extremely small quantity and some flowers were already dead or broken. No skill in presentation.I would not normally feel the need to comment but both arrangements were presented as gifts for special occasions. I would not have given any star if that had been possible

Google Bad Review (2):  Over the phone it was very professional and seemed to understand my order and what i wanted, however on the day i was left fuming that the flowers i had planned for my wife funeral were not what i asked for or what we discussed. I wanted “My Darling Wife” on a triple stage so top word was “My” second word underneath would have been “Darling” and on the bottom was “Wife” I know i mentioned it on the phone and they said it was not a problem, as i say seemed very professional on the phone so was happy they knew what i wanted and what did i get, “My Darling” was down the side of the hearse but is that “My Darling wife/husband/brother/sister/uncle/mum who know it could be anything, my last minutes with my wife were ruined by this mistake as i wanted everyone to know and see i loved my wife but they screwed up in the worst way possible, it has added to my distress and makes my pain even worse, how could you do this to my wife and I? You have destroyed me.

Shame i cannot give Zero stars, today i have an email from somebody else who told me i must have made a mistake (so in effet calling me a liar) I know i was and still under huge stress given y wife of 28 years has died, bt i know for sure i asked about a triple as my local florist (who could not do the work due to holidays) said it would be a special build and would need to be ordered in so when i spoke to Blooms and candy i made a point of mentioning this and was told it's not an issue it's done in house, which i di think was neat and said no more about it, i'm now being told that because i never mentioned it in following converstaions that it was my fault, but from my POV i didn't need to mention it every time as it had been sorted, anyway i'm being told i was luck i had already been given a discount for £815 to £800, and tey made an offer of £100 compensation, i have told them money is not the issue they are failing to grasp how much pain this i causing, and they are making it worse by offering money, i don't want the damm money i wanted the flowers to be right for my wifes funeral, that has been robbed from my wife and I.
My final point is if your going to use them the please make sure you treat them like “idiots” and they understand 100% what you want and hopefully you will not get any mistakes.
The idiots comment is not ment as an insult i'm just trying to say make sure there is no ambiguity on what you require otherwise you could well be left in my situation and i would not wish that on anyone.
They seem to have good reviews maybe someone just misunderstood me but i am paying a very high price right now.
