Google Bad Review 1: Very disappointed, I had booked to view a BMW M5 today a week ago, the guy took my details and showed me the booking on his screen, I called yesterday to confirm and didn't get any answer, I turned up today at the allotted time only to be told it had been sold yesterday. A phone call would've been correct practise,and common courtesy to inform me of this.

Google Bad Review (2): Incompetent and not to be trusted. Didn't return my calls or emails for the first few days about an advertised car and then admitted that they didn't have that car to sell. Then sourced me another car from Autotrader for me to buy but missed mandatory documents in acquiring finance for me that took over 24 hours longer than needed as a result and finally left me waiting on the drive at the address I picked up the car from for over 3 hours regularly telling me ‘just 10-15 minutes more' causing me to make my 15 and 11 year old Daughters to have to get a taxi home from school as I couldn't pick them up, and causing me to be over an hour late for an evening event put on for my Birthday. A dishonest and inconsiderate Business.
