Google Bad Review 1:  Very good food, but pricey, and when the bill arrived the set menu price had gone up… We were advised it was a service charge, which was on the menu?? (one of the many menus we were given). Strange atmosphere, felt rushed and not relaxed. Just one of those places where you leave and feel like they've got what they can out of you. As I said at the beginning the standard of food was good, but I would never go back.

We have been here many times previously and the last time was more than 6 months ago.
This time we ordered dim sum for lunch, and I was so shocked at how bad it was (and had become). Dim sum portions were small and uninspiring, congee watery and tasteless, and all dim sum dishes tasted like it was bought from the Chinese supermarket and steamed/cooked badly.

I am sorry, London Hong Kong restaurant. We usually come to your premises when we have visitors to London from Heathrow. Now, we have second thoughts. You perhaps need to change your chefs.
