I visited Grace Caribbean Cuisine again today 20.10.2021. I ordered large oxtail and rice £9.50, I was charged £9.65 but I didn't say anything, when I got home and opened the box there was exactly 5 pieces of meat in a large portion! Can you imagine how many pieces they serve in a regular portion size?

I've been there a few times, the service and food got worse each time I went back and portion sizes, well you already know by reading this review.

I definitely wont be going back, for nearly £10 for a takeaway for 1 there are many tastier options.

I called up the restaurant only to be told that the food hasn't left the restaurant and they will give me a drink as compensation, 30 minutes later I called up again and was told that since I'm 17 minutes away they would refund me half the money because I waited for over an hour, 2 hours later I rang up and said that I am leaving work and that if they delivery guy doesn't arrive in 10 mins I'm afraid I am going to have to leave. The delivery guy should up 20 minutes after I left the office. I wouldnt order again stay clear!!!!

But this one time I ordered from there and the driver delivered a completely different order from a different postcode. I called the driver & he said the restaurants gave the wrong bag. I called the restaurant and they’ve completely denied it & said the driver took two bags & switched the order. Then they said the driver actually took one bag but took the wrong bag. Firstly they’re not taking accountability of their Actions, then the worker was defensive. They were blaming the driver and haven’t apologised for once for their mistakes. This has to be one of the worse experiences I had with a restaurant worker. I understand I get a refund from UberEats but the service charge I paid for was a waste. I was more angry because my little sister was really excited for the food but she couldn’t eat anything. She got upset and never had dinner.
