Messed up my order, told me it was my fault and then put me on hold to deal with another customer. I double checked my order twice on the phone and then asked him twice again in store and he assured me the order was correct and the burgers were in the box. I went all the way home to find I was missing two burgers. Calling me a “dumb guy” on the phone too. Burger Trap need to seriously think about who they’re hiring as this individual will drive business away.
