Google Bad Review 1:  I'm deeply DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED in the way this company has treated me as a customer. I ordered a wig as I've lost all my hair due to breast cancer treatment. I ordered my wig on the 2nd of March , I spent over £120 . I then received my confirmation email ,it stated that my order confirmation is NOT a guarantee that my order is in stock. It also stated that if it's not in stock someone will contact me to let me know. That never happened, so I assumed since I payed first class postage my order should be on the way to me. A week went by and still no delivery, so I contacted the company to be told that my wig wasn't in stock and they had to order it but someone was meant to contact me but they didn't. Which ain't good enough! Two days later I received another email advising me that my order has been dispatched. After four working days later, still haven't received my order. I then contacted the company only to be told that it's not their problem as they have posted my wig. Up to this date I still have not received my wig. I've been left with NO WIG and NO MONEY! They are not interested in locating my parcel. This company is unhelpful , not trust worthy , unprofessional and I advise anyone who is looking for a wig to look elsewhere!

Google Bad Review (2):  I am very happy for everyone that has had a great experience with this company but sadly i did not.
I ordered a wig which cost me over £700 in the sale ,nice wig but did not resemble the picture advertised so i promptly sent it back following the returns procedure,no problem .I then waited and waited and waited.Unfortunatly after sending messages weeks later and a telephone call i then received an email to say i would not be receiving a refund as the wig did not pass muster !! It smelt strongly of smoke,don't smoke,it had the tag removed ,who on earth would remove a tag off anything before being 100% satisfied let alone a £700 wig !.
I was then told in a battle of emails (fun fact-thete are 13 ) maybe it wasn't smoke !! Make your minds up.The author of the emails was extremly helpful as you would expect as a consumer …not.He was bullish,intimidating and demeaning, not the kind of attitude i would hire for the job !
Anyway,after being bullied into submission the Wonderful wig company have returned my wig (doesn't smell and they were even kind enough to pop the tag in the box for keepsake,Alas,no chocolate this time )
I have seen another review from a unsatisfied customer and the reply given by the Wonderful wig company so i eagerly await my public repremand …
I would like to close by saying if the wig had been sent back in a gold box with a million pound in it im guessing i would not have had a refund
I will be putting the wig on my facebook page to give away to anyone who might need it .Wonderful wig cimpany enjoy my hard earned money and i wish your business every success in the future
