Google Bad Review 1:  Paid nearly £200 for a voucher for my pregnant partner.

After experiencing a tough period as a new mother she contacted Odette to claim the voucher and as it was 1 month post their 6 month limit they are refusing the honour it as this breaches their “policy” i.e. a money making ploy to catch people out.

Shame on you Odette.

Google Bad Review (2):  I’ve had a few massages at Odette with Mariangela, and she is simply excellent. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Sadly, based on my most recent experience, the salon itself isn’t run to the same level of professionalism and customer focus. I booked a massage online and planned my morning around it. The day before the appointment I was asked to come half an hour early so that the therapist could have a break. When I explained I couldn’t I was told that ‘unfortunately the system doesn’t take into account breaks for therapists’ and my appointment was simply cancelled. It was very disappointing to see that Odette will push the problem of their faulty system onto the customer.
